I love this pet store. They're knowledgeable and super helpful. I shop here all the time and enjoy chatting about my cat and their pets, many of which are rescue birds. They know their birds well and enforce rules around interaction with them in the store, which I totally respect. I just wish everyone did. Keep up the great work Dawn and Ron!

This store offers a unique selection of bird toys that cannot be found in other local stores. My parrot especially loves the Hari Orbitor that we purchased there, and the owner was very helpful to recommend a suitable backpack carrier for her. Prices are reasonable too. It is always a great experience shopping there. ❤️❤️

Love this store. Friendly, relaxed, great hours and has exactly what I need for my very spoiled cat. If they don't stock it she will do her best to order it for you. I never have to worry about running out of my cats favorite food.

Dawn is so kind and knowledgeable and does so much for the parrot rescue community. The store is bright, clean, and cheerful. So many cool things to choose from for your dogs and cats. And I happily found some cute little toys for my birds. Great place to browse, shop, and visit.

This is our neighbourhood happy place! Dawn and Ron, the owners, are amazing humans that do so much for animals, especially birds, in need. I love visiting with my cat and dog and chatting with Dawn about bird things (future rescue parrot owner here!) and visiting with the resident parrots June and Paula. It's always a highlight going to this little gem of a store. If Cascadia carries it, you know it's going to be good quality and great for your pet.

THANK YOU CASCADIA 🥹 So i purchased from Montreal and they shipped it the same day, (spoiler: it was delayed by a day but it was spot on the estimate delivery, especially in this timeline where couriers are struggling) — I ordered the Travel Cat Navigator and this sheep skin blanket and it came with TREATS 😭😭😭 I’m telling you my heart is touched, I’ll be adding videos of my cat enjoying these but right now he’s sniffing all of them!! AAA!

Great service and wonderful selection for bird parents. Dawn made sure I could find everything I needed. Was just there for an online order pickup but couldn’t leave without getting another toy for my baby as they had so many to choose from! Hope to be back soon.

Huge selection of cat and dog toys, health products and treats. Very affordable prices given the variety! Some of these reviewers need to get a life lol, Dawn runs a great shop and clearly is an animal lover. I hate to see people targetting small businesses as keyboard warriors. I especially like how much Pidan tofu litter they have stocked at the store, I have always had trouble finding it until now! Will definitely be back.

Cute store, really friendly staff, great selection of dog and cat gear, food and toys. I went looking specifically for smellydogz martingale collars for my pups, which have been hard to find in person, and found the exact colors and sizes I was looking for! I love that they have so many canadian brands.

The selection is great, but the service and integrity of the owner are what truly set this place apart. ​I came in specifically looking for a cat backpack, prepared to spend the high price I've seen everywhere else. I was looking for the popular Travel Cat Transpurrter, which Cascadia was selling for a great price of just $199.99. ​However, the owner was incredibly sweet and didn't try to upsell me at all! Despite knowing I was willing to pay a high price for the branded item, she genuinely recommended a new backpack she had just gotten in by Petsfit. She explained it was durable, comfortable for the cat, and best of all, significantly cheaper than the one I initially wanted. ​This level of honest, customer-first service is almost unheard of in retail today. She prioritized my needs and my wallet over making an extra dollar. I left with an amazing, high-quality backpack and a huge smile on my face. ​If you value integrity, friendly service, and getting the best value for your pet supplies, do yourself a favor and shop at Cascadia Pet Store!
